QComps Three Picker System Allows Flexibility

QComp's three picker system rapidly feeds products to a flow wrapper with a line rate of 250 packages per minute. The pickers allow manufacturing to run three different products and 7 different arrays of products to the wrapper. All the variations are obtained by a push button changeover of the robots. The flow wrapper and its infeed conveyor require some slight manual guide adjustments.
