The QComp high speed glass stacking system uses proven and reliable robot technology to stack glass from a moving conveyor to a rack. It is designed to stack smaller glass with high cycle times.

Operation

• ABB 4-axis robot(s) picks lites on the fly and stacks them into packets at high speeds.

• Stacks of glass move continuosly as new packets are built.

• Packets index into upender

• ABB 6-axis robot loads packets of lites to racks.

• Racks are located on turntables to increase production.
