This system uses an ABB robot to take IG units off an IG line and place them to or from slotted racks.

Features include:

• Zoned tooling allows system to handle many different sized IG units with one tool.

• Vision system is used to determine location of slots to ensure exact placement of units into slots.

• Many different styles and sizes of racks may be used in the same cell .

• Racks may be placed or removed from cell either manually or on turntables.
