ROBOTIC GLASS HANDLING CONVEYORS

QComp DESIGNS & BUILDS GLASS HANDLING CONVEYORS:

• Conveyor is a heavy duty welded structure.

• Conveyor is servo motor driven and driven for precision glass transport.

• Shafts are 1 1/8” diameter cold rolled steel.

• Shafts are coated with rust inhibitor to prevent rusting.

• Shaft rollers are 3.6” OD, non ground, and are made of aproprietary urethane blend formulated for glass applications.

FINGERED CONVEYOR:

• Consists of fingers that allow the tooling to pass through it when   laying the glass onto the conveyor.

• The fingered conveyor is attached to a base plate, which   attaches to a standard conveyor or a side guide conveyor.

• Fingers made of Power Twist V-Belt with friction top.

• Fingers are adjustable to allow different sized tools to interface with the conveyor.

• Fingers are servo motor driven and driven independently of the conveyor it is attached too.

SIDE GUIDE CONVEYOR:

• Consists of shafts with rolls and an edge guide system.

• Heavy duty welded structure.

• Servo motor driven and driven .
