ROBOTIC CELL TURNTABLES
QComp's two-position robotic cell turntables are specifically designed to handle a wide variety of racks from small L-racks to large A-frames. The turntables allow for automatic rotation of glass into the robotic work cell. While the robot is handling the glass in the cell another rack can be loaded on the opposite side.
- Turntable Features
- Handling capacity of up to 25,000 lbs. when running large A frames.
- High performance air bearing equipped.
- Turntables are provided with fixuring to handle assortment of rack sizes.
- Shot pin stop ensures accurate alignment to +/- 1/16".
- Electric turntable rotation drive.
