SLOTTED RACKING FOR IG END OF LINE

QComp's slotted rack loading systems utilizes robotics to take IG units from the end of an IG line and automatically place them into a slotted rack or L rack.

System Features

Zoned tooling allows system to handle many different sized IG units with one tool.
Vision system is used to determine location of slots to ensure exact placement of units into slots.
Many different styles and sizes of racks may be used in the same cell.
Racks may be placed or removed from cell either manually or on turntables.
