ROBOT TOOLING

QComp designs and builds advanced robot tooling for glass handling. We have used our years of experience in the glass industry and customer feedback to provide the most robust and modular tool available.

Robot Tooling Features

Robust tooling concept. Steel baseplate with tubular steel fingers.
Replaceable finger design for quick changeout.
Optional automatic tool changer for quick tool changes when necessary.
Electrics and air are run inside tubes for clean look and robustness.
Vacuum cups are non marking.
Level compensators with linear bearing allow tool to adapt to varying angles of glass.
Integrated sensors to determine location and angle of glass on rack.
Heavy duty steel tool stands are provided when multiple tools are used.
DeviceNet I/O on tool.
Tool is powder coated.
