GLASS HANDLING CONVEYORS
We design and build our own glass handling conveyors to ensure the we meet our customers precise specifications. Our glass handling conveyors feature non-marking conveying surfaces along with special robotic interface features.
QComp glass conveyors are available in roller and belt designs, We offer three styles: Roller Conveyor, Fingered Conveyor, and Side Conveyor. AC motor or servo driven options are available.

- Conveyor is a heavy duty welded structure.
- Shafts are chrome plated to prevent rusting.
- Shaft rollers are made of a non-marking proprietary urethane blend formulated for glass applications.
- Fingered conveyors are available in belt or roller styles.
- The fingers allow the tooling to pass through it when picking or placing the glass onto the conveyor.
- Belt conveyor fingers are available for end of conveyor interfaces. Roller conveyor fingers are available for side access.
- Belt Fingers made of Power Twist V-Belt with friction top.
- Fingers are adjustable to allow different sized tools to interface with the conveyor.
- Fingers can be servo motor driven and driven independently of the conveyor it is attached too.
- Heavy duty welded structure.
- AC motor or Servo motor driven.
- Shafts can be skewed in order to drive glass to the side belt.
- Shafts are chrome plated to prevent rusting.
- Powered Edge guide is a Belt that travels the same speed as the conveyor to help justify the edge of the glass.
- Non-Powered Edge guide is comprised of urethane rollers with roller bearing hubs
